  2. The Industrial Revolution created many different things and developed many industries which have brought us to where we are today. I personally would say that The Industrial Revolution was a time when people began to focus less on simply surviving and more on improving the way of life. To me the industrial revolution was a time full of opportunity and creativity. It is one of history's brightest moments and is a time that allows us to live in opposed to survive.

  3. the industrial revolutions was a rapid movement in the 1800s where people began finding alternative ways to get things done. Thats why people invented gadgets and tools to use to make their lives easier and faster. Factorys became mainstream and mass production occured so that meant things needed to be shipped and moved. later came the steam train. now people had stuff from around the continent or even world as before where everything they had came from a 50 mile radius. it was like a snowball rolling down a hill getting bigger and as it gets bigger it gets faster. the industrial revolution effected the world mostly for the better and was some of the first stepping stones to modern civilization. -GRAY

  4. The Industrial Revolution is an ongoing transition of society from the older and more laborious ways of working such as taking a crop off a field by hand or manufacturing one article of clothing in a day to the modern, machine ran system we work in today substituting hand work or animal work in for machines and mass production lines. This created a a higher standard of living and raised the bar in housing and humane living conditions. Abby

  5. The industrial revolution was and still is when certain things involved with work or housing to everyday things becoming more developed, it helped society become more human by giving them plumbing, lighting to even canned food. The standard of living being raised taught us how good life could be by improving what we have. R.M.

  6. Industrial Revolution is transitioning from human/animal power into mechanical power. When people invented things that was faster and better. And it is called a revolution because it was a very rapid change in short period of time. This had to happen because of the population growth was multiplying very quickly. Industrial Revolution improved transportation, communication and banking. Amy Kim

  13. in my opinion, i think that the French Revolution was a completely unecessary event in history. Especially since there was so much bloodshed of innocent people over a problem that could have easily been resolved in a more civil matter. Also by overthrowing the royal family only increased the opportunity for evil, weak rulers to come to power, which is exactly what happened with Maximillian Robespeirre.
