Members of the Third Estate were fighting for three ideas: Fraternity, Equality and Liberty. Some of the Revolution demonstrated these ideals while other parts of the Revolution contradicted these. What was an example of when the French Revolutionaries lost sight of their goals of fraternity, equality and liberty.
We have just nicely started this new unit on the Industrial Revolution. From what we have read or discussed thus far in the unit, what are a couple of areas that have improved since industrialization and what is an area that you think may have been harmed with industrialization?
The French Revolutionaries set out to fight for the ideals of Fraternity (fraternite), Equality (egalite), and Liberty (liberte). In your opinion, were they successful? Explain.
